Tuacahn is a nonprofit organization, and ticket revenue covers only 80% of our operating costs. From making a financial contribution to joining our volunteer organization, you can help bridge the gap between ticket revenue and the cost of mounting professional theatre and concerts.

Our fundraising is run by volunteers who donate their time and services. As a result, we spend less than 3% of your donation on fundraising, just for paper, printing, and postage.

Without your partnership, our work simply could not happen. So, whether you decide to donate or otherwise participate (many people do both), you hold a special place in our hearts.

in a world-class outdoor natural amphitheatre. Your gift to the Tuacahn Foundation helps us
realize our mission, and ensures a vital and dynamic future for the performing arts in Tuacahn’s pictureperfect

• Benefactors: $25,000+

  • Two choice seats for each play during performance season
  • Invitation to a complimentary dinner party with the Artistic Director and special guest artist
  • Backstage pass to view a performance from the production booth, subject to availability
    $175 of your donation at this level is not tax-deductible
    
    
• Artistic Director’s Circle: $10,000 - $24,999
  All benefits below plus:
  
  • Access to “Behind the Scenes”, where artists/staff offer an inside view of the production process, plus a backstage
    tour for you and up to 10 guests
    
  • A commemorative, framed production photograph signed by the lead actors, of one play of your choice
    $75 of your donation at this level is not tax-deductible
    
    
• Patrons: $5,000 - $9,999
  All benefits below plus:
  
  • Use of the “VIP area” before shows and during intermissions. (Additional guests subject to capacity.)
    
  • Preferred parking in a special reserved section of parking lot
    
  • Special priority entrance – avoid the crowd
    
  • Invitation to a private party with the Artistic Director to learn about next year’s performances
    
  • A signed poster from a production of your choice by the lead actors
